The room was too cold, lack of heating on, it did something about it, but was not resolved!

The staff were not very helpful. We arrived at Hoogeven Railway Station and after trying to get a taxi for over an hour we rang the hotel to see if we could get some assistance to get to their hotel. We were told that getting a taxi was almost impossible and that there wasn't an bus we could catch. They told us that we had to walk. We are both 60 and my husband has had his leg amputated. I explained this to the person I spoke to and they told us we just had no option other than walk. We managed to get to the holtel and after speaking to another regular guest he told us they the hotel pick him up and drop him at the station. We don't think they treatment of us and our situation was at all helpful. We had dinner at the hotel one night and we don't think the food was very good and it was expensive

Close to A28 and A37,love the activity at zwembad in Dalen

Wait for parkig ,but I think do to the holiday season

The beds are an A bit soft side.
