Easy access to the airport. Prompt pickup/delivery.
The front desk was always chaos. Sometimes it took 3 staffers to help one person or there was one staffer for a long line of people. Email didn't work the entire 3 days I was there. I would say the customer service was lacking at the front desk.

The staff is terrible, especially the people from reception. not willing to help. The service in the restaurant is also not good, not to mention it's expensive yet only acceptable dinner. Not a very good place to stay for a business trip.
