Je comptais sur une connexion internet pour terminer un travail urgent en arrivant à l'hotel. Le personnel a été incapable de m'aider à trouver un endroit ou je pouvais aller me connecter, comme un restaurant à proximité, j'ai du repartir vers l'aéroport.

Je bent snel van het hotel bij de luhthaven.
Een rommelige ophaal van de luchthaven. Er kwam een kleine bus met 8 zitplaatsen terwijl er 13 mensen naar t htl moesten.
In het hotel ging een vreemde lucht waardoor we eerst dachten in een rookkamer te zitten. Maar ook de andere kamer rook zo en eigenlijk ook de hele gang.
Het hele hotel is een beetje oud. Het zwembad is een klein badje en ziet er niet mooi uit.

The shuttle service and the distance to the airport is pretty close. The staffs are really helpful. Also the feel of security/safe when you are in the room because of the entrance door going to the rooms can only be opened with your room security card. This was my second stay at BW, I remember my first stay I had the time to get breakfast before leaving to the airport and I really like the choices of the food that you provide for breakfast.
As I travelled alone, I don't like room with 2 twin beds, I prefer that BW offers also rooms with queen bed, it would be a plus for a single traveler. Also I felt the mattress need to be changed as I don't feel the comfort of a mattress.

Shuttle service to Schipol and trains was great. Excellent driver pool. Like the breakfast....yum yum! Excellent choice for either biz or pleasure stay while seeing the city.
Not a thing.......excellent choice.
