Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London

I was attending a three day seminar at Radisson Blu and to stay there overnight for two nights was ideal. The Royal Suite function room provides a pleasant and comfortable environment as is the hotel in general. The bed was beautifully clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. I cannot remark on your restaurants/bars facilities as I did not use them but I could see from the menu you do the steaks I like.

Since when did a hotel that charges those sort of prices charge guests to park in the hotel car park???????? Not very happy when I found out !!!!!!

Efficient staff, clean room.

Room was a little small. Staff in dining room bar over worked service was slow other than that no issues.

After checking in, It took the porter a very long time to bring up my luggage to my room after I got in. At one point I almost had to go downstairs myself to get my stuff. I called concierge twice before I got my things.

Leider muss man ab Heathrow mit einem öffentlichen Bus fahren, der pro Person 9.00 GBP für Hin-/Rückfahrt kostet. Das Taxi, daß man im Hotel buchen kann, kostet einfache Strecke 12.00 GBP - ein wirklicher Rip Off!

I liked the comfort and the fact that a bath was available as we have a 19 month old girl where the use of a bath is much better than a shower. The bed was also fine as it was big and plenty of pillows and blankets available.

The MENU. I asked for noodle and it wasn't available. If it is not available then why is it on the menu. I asked for something else (can't remember what) and there was a problem with that. I solved the problem by waking down to the fuel service station which is 1 kilometer down the road and bought in some supplies from there. There was also confusion when paying at checkout over whether or not I should have had breakfast. I was under the belief that breakfast was included in my room rate only to find out that it was for day 1 but the others days not so. My argument was why the hell would I request breakfast on day 1 and not for the rest of the stay. It made me angry that I had to contest such a trivial issue at the reception.

The staff were very helpful and courteous and nothing was too much bother at all.

It was very noisy when we arrived; there were 3 weddings going on. And we feared that we would be disturbed by people in the corridors outside of our room. We asked to be accommodated in a room out of the way as we have a 18month old. The staff completely understood and made this request happen.
