The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The hotel was not noisy at all and everything seemed organized. Food was good, bus service was excellent. Location very good.
Calls to 0 were not not picked several times. This,I thought was bad for customer service. The number kept on ringing out.

We found the hotel comfortable and friendly
We found the food very expensive for the choice, service and presentation. We were trapped in the snow when we asked to extend our stay by one night we received a final bill at twice the price which we considered to be unreasonable so we checkout and transfered to the Ramada.

Impressive reception area
It simply takes too long to check in each customer which means if there is a queue (and there was a small queue at about 12:30am!) you wait far too long. There must be a simpler and quicker way for guests to get to their rooms!

Have been there more often. Hotel is excellent with proper / friendly staff. Food is excellent. Only seven minutes from the terminal (taxi). Back regulates the caretaker within 5 minutes by taxi

Considering the sole purpose of the hotel is to accomodate overnighters from Heathrow then i find it incredible that breakfast only starts at 07.00! How many guests have flights from 08.00 to 09.00 and therefore have no chance to take breakfast? Many i would assume as if you had later flights a hotel stay would likely be unnecessary! I recently stayed in the Marriot in Newcastle(Gosforth Park) and breakfast started at 06.30, so why not at Heathrow? Furthermore the staff in Newcastle were light years ahead of Heathrow Marriot in terms of customer service!This added to the fact the only bar in the hotel was closed led to a less than satisfactory experience. Furthermore the 3 concierges managed to leave me standing outside waiting for a taxi to Heathrow at minus 8 celcius for 10 minutes while the driver of my car waited 10 minutes inside for me to appear! Still, they looked like they enjoyed there conversation!

Bar closed! Late start for Breakfast! Incompetent, innattentive concierge staff, low level of English skills with front line staff!
