DoubleTree by Hilton Hannover Schweizerhof

Our room was a Non smoking rooms. However, it was obvious that it was smoked. In the evening I spoke to this, but I had to change my due date no time, the room that was offered me. We aired and it was then first in order. However, then prevailed in the night again, the smoke smell. Something needs to review the staff before and leave. Then in the morning (on Sunday) we were by unbearable noise, which probably connected with the heating system taken out of sleep. I called the front desk and I was offered a room change. The service personnel was not available on Sunday morning. A change came for us at this time, of course, no longer in question. When we checked out, we were told that it was now for a breakfast voucher as compensation too late and there was no other way of redress. Why does the voucher was then asked not already in my morning phone complaint in view. At this stage, it would have been possible. And why could I not then compensate with the price? I found the stay to be very disappointing. I was often years ago in my previous position as Lufthansa pilot in your home and was always satisfied. But now, after more years with you, I'm just disappointed only!

Definetly very good choice to stay in Hannover

I found this hotel to be ideally located with a friendly and helpful manager and staff.
