The room was spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, the surroundings pleasant, and the facilities everything that one could expect. The breakfast was excellent. A distinct plus was the ease of reaching the main railway station in Hamburg to continue our journey by train.
Althought the breakfast was excellent, at €17 per person it seemed expensive.

Good size room and the variety of free hot and cold drinks available in the foyer.
The receptionist who checked us in did not demonstrate good customer service. She did not take her time to check us in, hurried me with the paper work. She appeared to be in a hurry and I was surprised as I was the only one checking in at the time.
The receptionist during the checkout was the opposite - very friendly and welcoming. He was extremely helpful. Perfect customer service.
