Everything, from a fantastic service-minded staff to comfortable suites, delicious breakfast and the very central location. Have now been there three times within a half years. Absolutely our hotel in Berlin.

There should be free access to the Internet, also in the rooms. Not only a half hour at a time in the lobby. It's the only thing that pulls down with you.

Internet access of Euro 20.- per day is totally unacceptable and overcharged. I complained to the hotel manager but the hotel could not do anything. I was in a conference with 50 people and no free Internet was provided either. This hotel will no longer be considered by this conference. Internet is at least to be provided free of charge in the hotel lobby. Please take this hotel off your list. Internet access for business travellers is like free TV, hot water and a pillow!.
