Good location to city center, nice view to the Alster (junior suite), friendly and courteous service at reception and at breakfast, including park service.

In general we were satisfied with the stay in your home. However, we were quite disappointed about the following facts. When we went to the 141 rooms allocated to us was to us the way in the amount of the corridor to our room with some crates and locked up models. (On demand, we were told that your home should take place in a fashion show.) Furthermore, we were at approximately 7.30 clock immensely disturbed by construction. Construction work could be found directly above or next to our room. In the initial check we pointed to this situation, but we were only informed that they are acting in the neighboring building renovations. The situation was excused. We have to stay much more promised! Our expectations were unfortunately not fully met.
