Mövenpick Hotel München Airport

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. It had everything a traveler could want -- a clean bathroom, a soft and clean bed, and an on-site restaurant open convenient hours. Everything about this stay was top notch. We had never stayed at a Moevenpick Hotel before and will definetly stay there again.

They could have used a few more people at check in and check out during peak periods. During check out, there was only 1 person.

Cold bottled water in lobby at check in. Nice shower, which was fortunate since we needed it to cool off.

Air conditioning was not working in the room but the halls and lobby were cool. Over a period of several hours, three staff persons came but all they could offer the day we checked in was give it more time. They said the mechanical person was not on duty after 7 PM. The next day they mentioned perhaps the hotel system could not keep up with the summer heat. Since the temperature outside finally dropped below the room temperature around 11 PM, the staff suggested opening the windows and turning off lights to avoid bugs. No screens on windows. Got eaten alive by mosquitos so had to close the windows and suffer in the +80 degree heat. Staff said there was wireless internet in the the room, just sign in. Had to go to the lobby for assistance signing in. After helping us to sign in they told us we had to authorize payment of a rediculous hourly charge, though we could use the computer in the lobby for free. How friendly is that. They have a big lobby machine to make coffee and other hot beverages. So in the morning before leaving for our flight I wanted to make a cup. They had turned the machine off and removed the cups. How gracious and thoughful.

Convenient location vis a vis airport, cleanliness.

Comforters only, no sheets, which is inappropriate for hot weather. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered.

The restaurant was very good, the room was big and the hospitality was very good, the transportation to the airport was in time and very comparable.

The roads to the town was closed we spend moor than an hour to find the way, we think that we had to get hazard about it and instruction what are the alternative way. We paid extra 10 euro for better room and we got a room that had very bad smell from the shower. The reception changed the room but i think that they shouldn't give such a room to us and they know about it so i believe that i should get voucher for an extra stay in hotel for our next trip.

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Nice, large room, all for £40 per night for 2 adults and 1 child. I guess we got some special deal.Very good dinner reasonably priced.

Breakfast not included in the price. It was not very clear even once in the hotel what the price for breakfast was. The price of the shuttle bus to the hotel is not very clearly advertised.

Room is large clean and spacious. Having the shuttle to pick me up from the airport was also very easing on logistics after being tired from the flight and also on the way back to the airport.

Was a bit cold so I requested an air heater. The hotel is a bit remote and I wasted precious time to get to the city and back which I could have used better seeing the city in the less than 24 hour stay in Munich and in the cool weather it was a little unpleasant.

Service was very good and friendly. food was good.

I expected the airport shuttle to be free of charge but it was reasonable.
