That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

I like the location, right in the heart of Haarlem and steps away from historical building, good shopping and great restaurants. It looked inviting and comfortable.
The room felt cold and like a dark cave, with tiny windows, not enough lighting, furniture that was too small and ugly set in the middle of a huge room, no wall decorations to speak of. I had wanted it so I could comfortable socialize on a couch, but we ended up sitting under the tv at the small dining table because the only lamp that gave enough light to see each other was above it.

Great hotel, great location right in the center. To take into account additional costs if you want to use the breakfast. Car park opposite the hotel is not 50 meters, but it is not cheap!

Very nice hotel. We stayed for ten days and this hotel is really nice and worth the money. Lovely large room, comfortable bed, clean, beautiful and a great new downtown location. We requested a room that was at the back which meant we could sleep without noise.
The minibar was in the room contained far too expensive drinks. Also breakfast was too high fees, which meant we had breakfast in one of the cafes nearby.

Ideal location, comfortable, professional management
Apparently there was flooding, because there hung throughout the hotel a sewer air was very annoying. An incident is probable, because on previous occasions we have stayed fine and no problems here.
