It was a very nice,clean hotel,situated in a very good location.
The only complaint,though only a minor one,would be the view from the room,i was hoping to get the view overlooking the market square.But i suppose thats the luck of the draw.

We loved the location on a market square in the middle of the town, our room looked over the square. The breakfast(included) was ok.
The beds were way too soft for our liking, the shower leaked into the room giving you wet feet. This is not a hotel for the weak or the old, very steep and narrow stairs.

The owners are interested in making sure your stay is a good one. The location is ideal. You can watch Haarlem's day unfold from the big, sunny windows during breakfast each day.
The hotel advertises free wi-fi but you have to keep getting an updated code every 2-3 days and you only get 1 hour/day which is annoying if you are there long term or on a working trip.

We were so pleased to be allocated the two rooms that over look the Market Square. It was great fun people watching even being woken by the crazy road sweeper very early in the morning. We enjoyed the market and the great shopping. This place beats Amsterdam and we will certainly visit again. We used the trains and buses to visit the coast, Amsterdam & the tulip gardens.
The only down side is the bathrooms, very small but not a huge problem.

Great location overlooking main square. Nice restaurant downstairs and others nearby. Good shops within walking distance. Good value for money.
Have to walk up stairs to reach entrance. Lift from ground floor only through restaurant (separate business). Would be good if the lift is available at more extended hours.
