I was only staying one night, but it was comfortable, with an excellent breakfast.
I am fairly old, and found the hotel lacking in character, but this is just me. The continuous music in the bar area was annoying.

The hotel bar is nice and busy with a good atmosphere not like other hotels they are usually quiet. The long bar next door is great on a sat night with good music from the DJ,s. The spa is good but you must book not a lot of beds and you are not guaranteed one.
When people leave the spa they leave their towels on the beds and therefore you are unaware they have left. This needs to be looked at.

Convenient location for shopping and visiting G-live. Car parking was easy, although I did check in mid afternoon.

Bed is tough enough, the choice of TV channels is satisfactory, the staff is very friendly, good location.
Lighting in the bathroom is really, really bad if you want to shave.
Thermal insulation is very bad in the room, the room could not be heated enough.
