The night we came in, it was late. Earlier in the day before my flight,I called to check about when the shuttles ran. A person at the front desk said she would have someone there when arrived. It was a relief to know we would not have to wait long at night in a country we were not familiar with. I feel that was beyond what I expected. Thank you.
I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that was missed at breakfast, caffeine free tea. There was only caffeine free coffee. But otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay.

When I stayed at the hotel I feel safe and treat me like family, everyone is very courteous and friendly, breakfast is very satisfying, I can say much more pro reach me no time or paper. The price is good and I hope that the innovations are not going up because this is the hotel where I feel comfortable and fits my budget.
