The location is very nice on the top of a hill next to Al-Hambra Palace, the room view was so nice as well.
Although there is a free Wi-Fi Access, you should pay to use the pc in the internet corner, and you have to keep checking the meter to ensure not to lose the pc-power in the middle of your work. At least, there should be a notification sound before shutting down the pc.vThe sound isolation is poor, we could hear sounds from next room and we woke up several time due to cars sounds.

The exceptional location, comfort, ease of access to parking
Parking at the Alhambra, opposite the hotel serves as a garage. The price is stored to 13.50 euros instead of 16.50 euros for 24 hours. But if we remain only 12 the price is 13.50 euros.

I was very happy upon arrival at your hotel after traveling a great distance. You had plenty of parking but no one upon arrival to help with heavy luggage. This was my first trip to Europe and to Spain. Your staff was very helpful (spoke English) and accommodating. The location of your hotel was terrific. I was able to walk to the Alhambra, as well as walk to a bus to take me all over the city. The buffet was very good for the price and your wait staff very accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and staff accommodating. One of the best features is your pool. I was so excited to be able to jump into your pool on a scorching hot day after sightseeing in the heat. The rates were great and an excellent location.
No one upon my arrival to help with my luggage and get me to my room. It also would have been great to have valet parking upon arrival and departure.
