I thought that charging for wifi was not a very friendly gesture to your clients, every other hotel where I stayed in Scotland it was free. Nor did I think that charging 1.50 pounds per minute for international call was very nice. I found the folks at the front desk to be less than helpful.

The standard rooms look nothing like they do on the website. They could do with a little work to make them feel a little more Cosy. I upgraded to the Club room and its well worth the extra per night.

The food was excellent and the staff were very nice.
