Staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Location for this business trip was just right. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - good selection of food and quality was just fine.

Nothing in particular - thought the price was a bit steep for single occupancy.

Lack of proper ventilation in the room. With window open, too much road noise from the main road, with window closed, room too warm, even with heating off.

Overall the hotel was ok the rooms were nice the cleaning staff were very helpful and pleasant so was some of reception staff

We did not like the resturant or staff some of them were rude and sullen we had a meal in resturant the lamb had blood dripping from it we sent it back to be cooked some more it came back same way that evening we sent 2 meals back untouched we werent even asked why the meal cost 70 pounds the following day we culdent go anywhere due to bad weather we had to make do with sandwiches from bar as we werent going t0 pay 70 pound for food we couldent eat other guests also voiced the same opinion as us about resturant dont think we would return again
