The staff was outstanding without exception. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was especially happy that the hotel is pet friendly as my purpose for my two recent stays was to attent GCCF cat shows in the area.
The room was very hot at night and needed some refurbishment. There were holes in the carpet and the television picture was very poor quality

The location was to far away from everything. So it was a kind of boring there.

I like the swimmingpool and SPA bath and the room.
It smoked sigarettes in the hall. It was terrible.

Noisy above bedroom which kept awake till the early hours, should have joined them!

Lovely meal although waited for a long time - staff apologised re this, enjoyed the leisure facilities

Overall opinion - excellent. We came up to meet various members and friends to discuss our wedding arrangements and the venue was everything that we wanted. We used the facilites in the leisure club and were very impressed

Main issue - value for money and service, both requirements exceeded
