Location. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Okay for low budget city centre hotel.
Shower room/toilets were variable due to ongoing refurbishment. Credit card reader no working so had to pay in cash and staff did not have change. Towels were a bit small and worn.
