The staff were all extrememly helpful. The room was quiet, well appointed and clean. Despite arriving 3 hours early, the room was ready and they were happy for me to check-in.
The room service menu was very limited, the main restaurant was closed for the whole month of August and the second restaurant began serving its dinner menu from 20:30. As I had an early flight, I was disappointed that I couldn't have an evening meal earlier than this.

Lovely modern hotel very close to the old town - easy to walk around - after a week of barging we loved the space of the room and bathroom!

Continental Breakfast was good. Buffet style - so usual cooked stuff looked unappetising.
Bar and restaurant don't open till 8 pm. OK if you are spanish, but not if you are travelling. Didn't use either

One of the best hotels I have been to. Rooms were first class and staff very helpful When I travel again to Girona, This is the hotel that I will stay in. Your hotel will be recommended by myself and my friends who wwere with me.

Stayed two nights. First night on arrival on holiday to Costa Brava. Second night prior to returning home to Ireland after my holiday. Morning after first nights stay left luggage with reception and spent a few enjoyable hours discovering Girona. On afternoon of second night and all day the following again left luggage in reception and got to know wonderful city of Girona.

Hotel staff most friendly and facilitating, even by Irish standards. Hotel location absolutely perfect, midway between bus and train stations and old city, all sights and museums.
On arrival for breakfast at 10.00am some of the food that had been eaten had not been replenished. Tables were not properly laid after previously being used and we had to get cutlery and crockery from other tables ourselves. Bar not opening until 20.00.
