The room was lovely,well furnished. the staff were most helpfull and pleasant.the resturant was very good and the food superb.
There didnt seem to be any air con.and there seemed to be hot spots around the bulding.so the room was very warm. also there was a lot of noise late into the night/morning,due to the wedings being held. although this was pointed out prior to booking.

Very good, helpful & welcoming, reception staff. Bar staff good especially the young woman from South Africa. A ggod rate for Fri Sat stay but rate was very expensive to add a Thursday to that. Room was extremely comfortable. Noisey (as prewarned) the Sat evening with a wedding party making their way to their rooms in the wee small hours. 2 large coach parties were not too obvious in taking over dining facilities at the time we were there.

Quality & comfort of the room was excellent.
Noise level on the corridor late at night from a wedding party.

Hotel was great only problem was they had no record of the booking from the website although did give us a room when the e-mail confirmation was produced.

Having a full size iron & ironing board in the room!
I stayed at the back of the hotel (room 205) and found it easy to get lost trying to return to reception......a few more signs would help!
