The best part of the place is the people at the desk. All my queries were answered well and felt very comfortable even though I was a foreigner in Italy.

The breakfast service is slightly limited in food options and the serving staff kind of ignored my existence completely which was bad especially after the fantastic reception staff.

Nice hotel, but the air-condition was broken and there were ants in the room. The staff was really helpful to solve these problems and reserve an alternative hotel room for us.
