There was no hot water in the morning, so no shower!!! The sheets were slightly damp

In total, a very pleasent and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very well designed and equipped. Modern but still warm. The free minibar was a nice surprize. The hotel is situated very close to the autostrade on the east side of Genova(3 minutes by car to the Genove-Nervi exit). An ideal base for trips to the eastern italian riviera (Portofino.....).
1. The hotel is situated in a residential area, and there is not much to do in the evening unless you want to drive down-town (20-30 minutes by car, less by bus). 2. The matress was too hard for me - but that's how it is in Europe....

Unfortunately we went a day when there was a group and it was very noisy but apart from that, everything ok, the reception very helpful and polite

The hotel was new and so the rooms were in top condition. Very luxurious rooms but not overly large with beautifully appointed bathrooms which had bathtubs with overhead showers and double basins. The minibar was free and was stocked with many drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The breakfast room was nice with a very nice continental (plus) breakfast.
