Clean and well equipped rooms
Fatal personal, super slow, can not do a bill, we wanted to go on a trip to mont blanc and not at the reception told me that there are excursions that there is only one bus that leaves at 8.45 so fatal! the rest ok

On arrival I was charged 1,600CHF as a deposit which was not reimbursed on check-out. I have written to the hotel 5 days ago but have not yet received a reply. I expect to be refunded. I paid my bill fully on check-out and was told I would be reimbursed, but this has not yet happened and it is a disappointment after the excellent experience at the hotel.

For hotels I had paid in advance, but when I came to and immediately asked creditcard Blocked 200 frank as collateral minibar. Gerous as potutp not consume this money in the minibar in two days! I left Saturday after three days but still had no money back. I have not used a minibar.
