The hotel is in a very good location and the staff are very friendly. The room was very comfortable and there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, which is great for females travelling alone.
There are just one or two vegetarian options on the menu, which is pricey. The shower head in my room did not function very well.

I assume 10 is good and 1 is bad? You should make it clear. The hotel is modern, well appointed and the staff is stupendous. A great value. The restaurant was suprisingly good to excellent.

The hotel was well positioned just 1 tram ride into the centre. The breakfast was expensive for what it offered so we went into Geneva and a coffee shop. Staff very friendly and leant umbrellas when it was raining. Disappointed that we had to BUY the plug adapters £15 for 2!!!) when we had bought the wrong ones with us. Also I had specifically said two ladies travelling together, hoping for a quiet room with good view - they put us right NEXT TO the lift and on the first night we watched an office party through glass roof of restaurant, booming noisy disco until at least 12.30 p.m. Not good but very amusing. Would stay there again or one of their sister hotels nearer to the centre.

Staff and rooms were fine.
