The utter convenience of the location if you have an early flight. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
I went for the bargain option this time - so the room was small, which was to be expected. Would have been nice to have a kettle. We found it hard to get a comfortable temperature.

Very convenient rooms small but adiquate, got a good nights sleep, then ideal for an early morning getaway.
We were also paying for a room for our son, who was travelling later, which seemed to create a problem. It took three emails to resolve but thankfully all was sorted by the time he arrived to check in.
