The original room we booked was clean, well designed, smart and perfectly adequate for our needs. However, when it transpired our blind would not work, we were moved to a VIP room, which gave us everything we might have needed. Luxury, space and great facilities with taste and quality.
The lack of directions to the hotel caused us a great deal of stress and worry. Although the advertisements stated it is '0' miles from the airport terminal it DID NOT state that it was necessary to drive to park the car and enter the terminal building to access the hotel reception. No mention of BLOC on the signs outside, directing people. Other hotels have a presence on these signs. BLOC does not. That is the only change required.
