Sehr schöner Schwimm- und Fitenessbereich, großzügige Innenspielebereiche für Kinder
Das Frühstück war eine lieblos gemachte Massenabfertigun. Viel zu voll und zu wenig Pesonal.

The location, the leisure centre, the space in the room for two adults and 2 small children. Breakfast was good.
We'd a meal as part of the package. The restaurant although not very busy with enough staff seemed very unorganised. The menu stated that certain sides came with main meal and when you asked for them you were told actually they dont come with it and not a very friendly manner either. The room wasnt cleaned very well before we arrived. We had to snatch a contraceptive wrapper from our 2 year old that he found at the side of the bed and there was what looked like pubic hair in the bath. The shower gel and soap containers were almost empty.

Overall the room was reasonably priced and as spacious as what we required. Check in time was advertised for 3pm however when we arrived at around 4pm the room was not ready. The room was not as clean as we would have liked a little dusty and the carpet was stained looking which was a little offputting. There were no soap in any of the dispensers in the ensuite nor any shower gel. However there was loads of toilet roll and plenty of towels. The card used to open the door gave a bit of trouble at one point where we had to walk back down to reception to get another one and when we arrived at reception we had to wait about 15 minutes as a large party were bieng checked in (bad luck for us) Usualy a key not working would not bother me but as I was 8.5 months pregnant this was a little unpleasent.

Yes overall the hotel and the staff there were lovely. It was good value for money overall and child friendly.

Location too far from the center of Galway, Staff is the onslaught of several buses (five were in the parking lot), especially at breakfast not grown, and is given no such trouble.
