Friendly Staff. Clean modern hotel.
We found the lack of signage in the corridors saying "lifts" or "stairs " disconcerting and worrying. It was easy to become disorientated and difficult to find where the lifts or stairs were

This is a difficult one. The reception staff were excellent. We stayed for 2 nights. When we got back from the Aran Islands at 7pm tired from a day of non stop activity. We were surprised to see a laundry bag outside our room with towels in. When we went in to our room we were shocked to discover our room had not been serviced. We were tired, we wanted the comfort of a clean room which is what we paid for) Our showers drain was blocked so we used all our towels the morning to prevent the water from running into the room and ruining the carpets. I stormed down to reception, they apologised and said it would be ready when we got back from dinner. It had been done but poorly and the laundry bag was still lying in the room. I left a pair of Nike running shoes in the room the next morning. They were new. I phoned to inquire about them and they said nothing had been found so the cleaning lady had stolen them because I know they were next to the bed. So all in all it ruined our last leg of our trip.

Located on the beach
It should not be getting the weekend, there are many events at the hotel (weddings, parties, etc.), is thus to 01.00 clock in the morning not to think about sleep. Furthermore, you feel like at the breakfast buffet at the main station before impersonal and very loud

Lovely surroundings.
One member of the bar staff wasnt very polite. Also our room was situated above function room and was extremely noisy. Fortunatly we were moved to a much nicer and quieter room.

The view and the convenience of the hotel.it was near the city and it was ideal for travelling.
The service at the bar could be improved.

Had to wait until 2pm to book in, even though i arrived at 11am. a bit annoying , but forgivable

Excellent hotel, beautiful spacious room, view over the bay is spectacular, good value for money. stayed there for Volvo Ocean Weekend last weekend in May 09.
