Maldron Hotel Sandy Road Galway

Myself and 3 friends had booked two rooms for Saturday 5th Sept. We checked out at 11:50 and decided to get lunch in the bar/grill. Michael was our waiter/barman and we felt everything was a bit of a problem. I asked was there coleslaw on the menu and he told me this wasn't supermacs which I thought was a bit smart. Also we asked for diet coke and he gave us diet pepsi and told me that was all that was behind the bar. We placed the order at about 12.05 and got our food at 1:10 which was somewhat a bit of a disgrace. He told us that the food didn't begin till 12.30 even though it was advertised on the menu as 12pm. A bit disappointing to see the least.

Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel, Much of buffet breakfast meats were cold
