Staff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean and great comfort. Excellent food and a great breakfast. I would go back to the hotel again soon.

Nice boutique hotel with a great setting across from the Bay
Having a room over the garbage/delivery area when the hotel was obviously less than full.
Not any effort to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed
the staff were always professional yet very approachable friendly and always ready to assist with the even the smallest problems
On the down side the only thing that springs to mind is that the showers in the dressing rooms could do with an upgrade, but were still adaquate

Very relaxing,staff were very polite,friendly and helpful.a lovely lady from housekeeping provided me with a hairdryer when the one in bedroom didnt work.the breakfast was freshly cooked and hot,rare enough when you dont come down for breakfast til the last minute.steak dinner was delicious.
Was bit disappointed that i could not get a treatment/massage as it was a once off holiday for me before the arrival of our next baby.had i known when i booked the break that it was advisable to book treatment in advance i would have done so to complete the weekend for me!but this is not a complaint,was my fault.it might be worth suggesting to people who book accomodation that its also advisable to book for any pampering.

Very pleased with room on ground floor level.
Hotel location very convenient for access to Salthill and city
Found staff very helpful, pleasant and friendly. (relocated us without hassle when we could smell smoke in our first room (room was a non smoking room). Hotel very comfortable and spacious
Some cereal bowls not properly washed.
didn't like press / headboard behind bed. If touched it moved.
