Quiet night, excellent bed, cleanliness.
Breakfast unacceptable tasteless lukewarm coffee served in a pot, one kind of Lipton tea as bad (not even Earl Grey), slow service, table not cleaned, I had to get rid of, bed and bathroom too small for two people (442): really basic, not corresponding to the pictures.
