I did not like the absence of wifi, although the hotel provides LAN connection I would prefer wifi

The staff were very helpfull and with quick actions ,services are OKAY.
the location of the Hotel is realy in very good place , either for the shoping cventers or for sightseeing and business works.
As I am regularly choose to stay at NH Frankfurt City Hotel, I prefer to be in certain specific rooms which feel more comfortable in ,but when asking in advance to reserve such specified rooms number - "even asking more than one month before arrival date to hotel" -
they said they can't confirm to reserve this room number, while such action are available in some other hotels.

Generally a positive experience.
The room was very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and in a very pleasant relaxing setting
No free nor wireless internet connection; there is a parking in front of the hotel which is ok but a reserved area and special rate (not by the hour) would be good.
When we booked it appeared as if we paid the room (not the breakfast) upfront by credit card. That wasn't the case when I checked out as I had to pay the room there and then. Fortunately I had my personal credit card.
