Location. Although advocated as being very close to the airport (within walking distance - which was true), walking to the airport was quite tricky - one has to pass highway cross, were no signs for pedestrians existed.

Nice and clean, small hotel with the sufficient facilities for a one night stay and conveniently close to the airport.
Room service meal offer included soft drinks was not available in weekends and too expensive.
