The room was very nice.The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were very sad that the Garden Top Restaurant was closed. We feel it should be open year round to the hotel guests as it was one of the reasons we chose the Baglioni to begin with. One of the bartenders was not the most pleasant of staff members.
