B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli

It was clean and beds were comfortable,

We had a 6 o'clock am flight and asked for a wake up call at 4:30. WE had 2 rooms and neither room received the wake-up call. The clerk at the desk seemed unconcerned when we ask him about it. This made our morning very rushed and stressful!

Location was out of town but had 2 bus stops within 100m so it was very easy to walk outside and catch a bus into town. We probably saw more of the City because of where we were staying. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. The staff were helpful and it was very clean. One of the nicest cheap hotels we found in Europe!

The only thing that wasn't amazing was the shower curtain which made the big shower tiny. Ended up taking it down and putting it back up when we left.

The entire stay was wonderful! The front desk staff went out of their way to make calls for us to confirm reservations and to make dinner reservations. It is apparent that many hours of thought went into the decor of the hotel as it was decorated exquisitely! The antiques, the views, and the amenities were superb! We enjoyed the full breakfast with homemade coffee breads, fruit, meat, cheese and more! What a treat. We also ate at the restaurant and was very pleased with our selections. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle into Florence. Thank you for a wonderful visit and your hospitality.

Yes, missing five days to use my reservation, I had problems and had to postpone my trip by one week, after numerous emails not answered, when I checked in Panama, I was at the reception of the hotel and I personally asked the attendant to change the date the existing reservations and charged my card for 6 days ahead and that would still be beyond the day I asked to delay another day and still not atenderam.Resultado me, I lost one already paid daily and win and I met another hotel . Comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly.

I appreciated the accessibility to the airport and also downtown Florence. I stayed the first and last nights of my visit and it was a comfort and relief to start and end my trip in the convenience and comfort. On the last night I was moved from the vivahotel Alexander Novoli to the sister Flamingo hotel down the street due to the serge of groups arriving. I was expected and had no inconvenience because of this.

There was a clump of hair in the bath from the previous people that stayed there, bathroom was not cleaned properly.
