The STAFF was awesome .... and were very helpful in my situation of needing a late checkout due to evening flight.
The cost of the shuttle to and from the airport, and downtown .... very expensive !!!

The comfort, clean rooms and the kind, helpful, and English speaking staff.
The only thing I would say is that the shuttle to and from the airport should be free given the fact that the hotel is pricier than other hotels in the area which have free shuttle service to the airport.

Being able to relax by the swimming pool.
I suggest you clarify where and how often the shuttle operates from the airport to the hotel.
My confirmation gave no information on times and location of the shuttle ... and I found it just
by chance walking down that endless bus terminal outside T3.
