E H ROME AIRPORT

The hotel was very clean and offered a full breakfast instead of just pastries.

The shuttle service was horrible and the prices varied. It was not as listed. Our first pick up from the hotel was 20 minutes late, causing us to miss our train and having to pay for additional train tickets. We were told that the service was 24 hours, but when we called for a pick up at about 9pm, we were told to call a cab. The air conditioner doesn't work unless the key is in the room, so there is no coming back to a cool room. Just be prepared to pay cab fees if you stay here. Not a place to stay if you plan on exploring Rome, but okay if you just need a night before catching a plane the next morning.

The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet convenient to the airport. It was a pleasant area to go for a walk in the evening. There are several good neighborhood restaurants within a very short walking distance. The hotel has English speaking reception staff and was very clean. Everything in our room/bathroom was in good working order. Wi-fi is free. Scheduled shuttle service to the airport is available, however it does cost 10 Euro.

It did not bother us, but Americans who have not stayed in typical European hotels should realize that generally bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. That is the case here and it is fine for a transitional one night, but some Americans might find the very small rooms confining for more than one night

Hotellilla oli kuljetuspalvelu lentokentältä, mutta kesti kauan ennenkuin löysimme oikean paikan useista puhelinsoitoista huolimatta. Sinänsä kuljetuspalvelu on hyvä asia.

The staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle was amazing! The rooms were clean and looked like the pictures on the website. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Proximity to airport; reasonable price.

My room was quite small and cramped.

I booked for the night of 30 to 31 December and charged me the credit card € 54, with the price of the room, on that date, 39 €, such as AI is announced from the same website chain of hotels. Facilities

It is not resposibility of the hotel, but they agreed with shuttle service to taxi us to down town Rome and the cost was more than a regular taxi.

We where very pleased with service and all aspects of the hotel. It was a very,very good quality for the price. No areas where we can offer suggestions, as all was great.
