Front desk staff were very helpful and we also liked the restaurant.
We booked a standard double but only got a 1 large towel and one hand towel.

The Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for my needs and check-in and out were fast.
The restaurant prices- especially breakfast, were expensive.

Nothing.
I asked for the ironing set at least 4 times. First time was so freezing, that I got a heavy cold. Room key was not working every second day. Elevators are terrible, you have to wait years to go downstairs from 9th floor.

Well located for motorway and trains with easy access to London central. Not our first visit and it was nice to recognise some regular, friendly and helpfull staff.
Felt that pricing was particularly high and that expenditure had obviously been cut to the detriment of our visit. Most noticeable by the lack of choice at breakfast and the stream of clients walking over the bridge towards town establishments. Not helped by my daughter leaving a silver necklace on the bedside table which was 'not found'.
