The helpful receptionist.
The room was dirty especially the heater, the en-suite facilities there was brown stains on the sink unit and in the shower cubicle. It was supposed to be non smoking but you could smell that it has been smoking in the room. There was a lot of noise this was due in part to the doors on the rooms the en-suite doors not closing correctly so we and other rooms had to force the doors to close
