Barceló Hamilton Menorca - Adults Only

The management of the hotel left a lot to be desired,during our stay on the second night there was a very heavy thunderstorm which put out of action the water system this was never put right during our stay of 9 night and on three days we had no water in our room,hence we could not shower only wash in cold water,also there was no hot water in the restaurant on two consecutive mornings hence no drinks the point I am making is that no one appeared to be interested in the welbeing of the paying guests as Iam sure to organise a few kettles or even an urn in the dining room would not have taken much doing. We have stayed or eaten at the Hamilton on many occasions over the years and have always had an excellent time,I am afraid to say that has gone down drasticly in my estimation after the last visit
