Great welcome and service from all staff. Room had all we required and had a balcony view of the Sugarloaf mountain. Pool had dimmed lighting and was very relaxing. Had a look at the well equipped gym but our good intentions did not materialise. So much to see and do and so little time! The concierege was very helpful in booking a local restaurant for us on the first night and there was a complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel. We dined in the Gordon Ramsey restaurant on the second night and again the service was almost first class.
One small potato spoiled a perfect ten for the Gordon Ramsey meal. It arrived as part of a side order and was green on the outside and had black parts inside. I left it cut through on my side plate which was cleared without any comment by the waiter. We did get two complimentary dessert wines but I don't know if this was due to the spoiled potato or not. Otherwise a memorable experience.

The rooms were huge. The beds were really comfortable. The facilities were all you needed and more. The food was really good. Every staff member was excellent.
Leaving the hotel. Kids who kept going into the Jacuzzi with their parents despite signs to the effect. Staff on duty were quick to move them out.

Walked, swam, ate, drank and chilled ! Fab place.
Drinks and food overpriced and disappointed with bar.
