That it was an easy process to get to our departure gate. Room was ok
Was very hard to find. We asked at a couple of info booths, the directions were sketchy at best. Perhaps some additional info regarding location could be given at time of booking.

Convenience,very friendly helpful young man at the desk on check in, the room gave me everything I required in a very clean, comfortable setting.
Better signage once you are in the terminal, in fact there is no reference to Air Hotel anywhere in the terminal.

The location, perhaps continuing use for work opportunities by not having to navigate to the center.
The rooms are small for the price they have. Lack of hygiene products. The signs for the hotel does not exist.

Excellent location - saves bus transfers to other "airport hotels". This is situated within the terminal building. The night staff member was OUTSTANDING! I was traveling alone with two small children and 6 pieces of luggage, after a delayed flight, landing at 00:30. He could not have helped me more! Thank you! The room was perfect for our needs! A clean comfortable bed with white linen, clean bathroom and free use of minibar (not that we touched it though!) Price = Convenience!
The lady at reception in the morning could have gotten off her chair to help me get my large overloaded trolley through the single door (along with 2 small children!) instead of sitting there watching me struggle!!! I cannot pass comment on the hotel facilities as we simple went tot he room, slept, rose, showered and checked-in for the next long-haul flight!
