Upon arrival we were allocated a room without the aforementioned characteristics descritte.Quando I did this tried to give me vague explanations about a reclassification of the rooms themselves, and that these are different from each other, but at my insistence the receptionist been proven helpful and professional, and the next day we were moved to a room more effectively idonea.Per the rest and quiet and elegant atmosphere wonderful location in the middle of everything!

It's a nice hotel but too expensive for what is offered. no parking aid, few are interested staff, little creep by stealth by-gangen.overall I was there once before, not good value for money.

We liked the hotel and we would almost certainly use it again, if the occasion arises. The location was very good. However, it would have been helpful if there were some signposts for the hotel to guide one from the Airport bus station at Waverly. Breakfast, at £18.50, was expensive, so we went to Starbuck's around the corner.

I wouldn't dream of going back. Weekend totally ruined.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous room. Meal in the North Bridge Brasserie was fantastic. Location was right next to the Royal Mile and across the road from Waverley Train Station -perfect. Didn't have time to try the private cinema.
