Very clean comfortable room,friendly staff,the only negative 2 things were the Parcking (COSTS ALMOST EUROS EXTRA),internet is expensive,I think they should offer it for free. In general it was a very pleasent experience. Victor Hannoush Jordan

Bad service from the staff in the restaurant. Too much pressure to buy wine and in the bar they were charging drinks, which we never had. Too much waiting time to get served in the restaurant + thay charged us for medium size beef steak although we only had small steaks.

The hotel is a good value stop for one night. I couldn't get the air con to work so was a bit warm and the pillows were too hard for me. I didn't complain about either so my fault. I stayed at the Inn Side across the road a couple of times and it's a much better hotel, but you pay an extra 40 to 50 euros for it. I'd stay at the Novotel again, but only for 1 night at a time!

Hotel was great, but I didn't see fantastic value for money. Expectations were fulfilled for a 4 star hotel, however having to pay a premium for breakfast and internet wasn't nice
