Furnishings in the rooms was worn and banged up looking especially at the price paid.

There were not enough bed pillows. There were too few bath towels.

Convenience of the location. On a main road route . Ease of access to the North and South. Wonderful views. Helpfulness of staff on arrival. Choice of bath /shower. Very child friendly.

Location. value
Room very hot, air conditioning did not appear to work for long periods, yet public areas were extremely cold. Breakfast was appalling. Choice was poor and quality of food, left much to be desired. Attitude of staff at front desk varied enormously, from friendly and helpful, to disinterested and rude.

Breakfast. Buffet style . Perfect continental breakfast .but the bacon. Egg sausage breakfast was cold and disappointingly tasteless
Staff from receptionist to waiter /waitresses impeccable high standard of service .

We found the front of house staff very good and helpful
In particular Brendan
Bar food was also very good again the staff very good
The rooftop resturant for breakfast is very good
But for dinner the food was pretty second rate

Very picturesque hotel to stay in. Really enjoyed the view from the breakfast level.
The shower in our room could have had a bit more pressure but other than that our stay was near perfect. :)
