When we arrived, we were in a room right by the elevator. We had been up for almost 24 hrs. straight, and our family of 4 needed some good sleep. I asked if we could be moved, and the gentleman at the desk was more than happy to move us. I appreciated the great service and hospitality! The waters given to us upon check out were a nice touch, as well!
I wish that breakfast had been included in the price of our room.

Staff were very nice and room was spacious and very comfortable only spent a short time there but would go back again if staying in dublin

Had a great time in Jury's, very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and corteous. Krishna, concierge, was very good to us in particular with information and help. Great location for our concert events although a bit of a walk with all the shopping but would definately go back and stay and have already recommended to a lot of people.

Enjoyed the comfort, ate three meals while we stayed and all were delicious. Loved the great selection of breakfast food, it was really good.
Nothing to remark here, everything was fantastic and the foreign staff were great, well spoken, and helpful.

I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO SOFT DRINKS FROM ROOM FRIDGE EVEN THOUGH I CERTAINLY DID NOT DRINK ANY!!!
