Staff are always courteous, friendly and efficient.
Room basic but comfortable and suits my needs
On last visit, water in shower was cold until 7am--but I need to be in the d
shower at 6.30 so I could get to my work appointment!
Usually not the case though so I was disappointed. I did report it at reception the following morning when I was checking out.

The Hotel was very central for travelling on the motorway and also the Luas.
I found that the reception staff had no interest in having a conversation with anybody-it was just book you in/book you out. She put the wrong month on our Parking Ticket & when I pointed that out to her, she didn't want to know! We also only got one door key-I think you should get two when there is more than one person staying in the room. I wanted to ask the receptionist a question on arrival and she just went onto the next guest! I had asked about Wifi and she gave me a piece of paper with some code that was supposed to work for 24 hrs and we would then have to come back to get another code. The first code never worked,so we didn't bother. I think I saw a computer near the reception on the day of our departure, if she had told us about that,we would have used it as an alternative. We asked for pizza one evening, and the waiter told me they didn't have the ingredients to make one!! We ate in town rather than eat at the hotel after that! The pepper was in the 'Salt' Cellar and vice-versa.

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis Dublin, the staff were soo friendly and nothing was too much for them. It was handy for the Luas station which was a short walk from the hotel and was a quick trip into central Dublin, didn't really need the car we hired.
The only thing I would say let it down was the bathrooms which needed a bit of upgrading.
