The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location is ideal with buses and taxis just outside the door.
We asked for a smoking room but we were given a non-smoking room.

We were visiting the Gresham celebrating our 43rd Wedding Anniversary in my husband's homeland. We live in Canada and were doing a tour of Ireland. It is definitely a first class hotel. The location is the best for walking in downtown Dublin.
Our room faced the back lane which proved very noisy in the middle of the night (street cleaner) and also again very early in the morning with deliveries.
