Just ok, price was relatively good. Breakfast above average.
At night, aircon fan noise from neighbouring rooms very annoyingly loud!
My fan was off.
Arriving at airport at 1pm,no shuttle to your hotel.!
Thanks to Pierce he phoned for a taxi which arrived after 52 minutes!!
My wife was ill, disaster to stand in the rain for an hour!
Basically not worth 4 star rating,if that's what it is.A 3 star at best.
Would not recommend it --other Hiltons I have stayed in around the world much better.

I was very pleased with the layout of the hotel. Breakfast staff were very efficient and breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very nice and it was nice and quiet at night. I was happy that we could accommodate our dog also. Overall it was great and the location was excellent. Well done.
Everything was great. Couldn't find fault with the hotel.

The convenience of the airport shuttle.
We were not told at the time of booking that breakfast was not included nor were we told at the desk when we checked in. We were also not told that the shuttle back to the airport was a. 2 euro charge. These things should be mentioned for comparisons to other hotels.

Comfort. The beds are so so comfy. Cleanliness. Best breakfast range anywhere.
Have stayed here before and before/after flights nothing can beat it.
Can't think of anything.

Due to unforeseen circumstances( floods and power cuts) we couldnt stay at the Hilton, however upon arrival they gave us free beverages until they found us a room at the Radisson.

I loved the eating area downstairs and how the Hilton is also close to other shops around the area. The service was very good. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was excellent. I liked how close it was to catch the bus to the city. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place.
